Mrs Mopp Cleaning & Ironing Services aims to deliver consistently high standards clean after clean, with our company motto being "First clean, every time". We achieve our high standards through regular ongoing training with our cleaners but also through our customer relationships, by keeping in touch through telephone calls, emails and customer satisfaction surveys and of course we are also available to answer any questions or queries.

A standard clean includes:

i) Open all curtains, make beds and open windows to air the room

ii) Empty all waste paper baskets and bins

iii) Clear away all old newspapers and magazines

iv) Polish all mirrors, picture frames, internal glass

v) Dusting of all shelves, ornaments, TV/DVD stands, window ledges etc

vi) Vacuuming of all rooms including stairs

vii) Sweep and mop all hard floor areas

viii) Clean and sanitise all bathroom and en-suite areas - including wiping down of all shelves and cabinets, cleaning of all mirrors and/or picture frames, cleaning and bleaching of toilet, cleaning of hand basins, shower trays and bath. All glass work, such as shower screens will be polished to a high finish with no water marks or limescale.

ix) Clean and sanitise all kitchen and utility areas - including wiping over of all work top counters, wiping over of cooker tops*, bleaching and cleaning of all sinks

x) Limescale treatment of all metal/chrome fixings in bathrooms, toilets, showers and kitchen which is then buffed and polished to a high shine finish

xi) Internal window cleaning is done as part of your clean on a rota basis

* Only applicable if the cooker top/hob is not heavily solied as this would have to become an individual job.

A spring clean includes:

All of the above plus the following

i) Washing down and cleaning of all skirting boards and architraves

ii) Cleaning of all internal windows

iii) Cleaning of all tiles and grout work in kitchens, bathrooms and utility areas

iv) Cleaning of light fixings

v) Cleaning and dusting of all coving and ceilings
